-ALL ELECTRIC PARTS, SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE

-UPON RETURN, OR CLAIM A RMI REPORT IS REQUIRED

-WARRANTY IS DIRECT FROM SUFPLIERS NOT FROM KOTWALS

-MINIMUM TURN AROUND TIME TO SORT OUT CLAIM IS 2 WEEKS

-ON RETURNS ACCEFTED HANDLING FEES ARE APPLICABLE.

-INCORRECT APPLICATION. INSTALLATION USE, FITMENT, INFORMATION WILL RENDER THE ITEM NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE

-APPLICATION, INSTALLATION, USE, FITMENT, CORRECT INFORMATION FOR ITEM TO BE SUPPLIED IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY

We offer a 10-day return policy, giving you 10 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@kotwal.co.za. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICIES

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
